Preparation Tips

Being prepared for your appointment can ensure that your cleaning goes smoothly.  Here are some tips to prepare your home for pressure washing services:

House Washing

• Remove your personal items about 10 feet away from your home so as to not damage these items or cause an accident.
• Ensure that your windows are shut and locked to prevent water leaking into your home.
• If you have any outdoor pets, please make sure they are secured for your appointment date.
• Double check that exterior electrical outlets are closed and sealed. Please notify us if there are any issues with exterior sockets prior to our arrival.
• Notify us if you have any specialty doorknobs, doors, light fixtures or other items on your home that are of a delicate nature.

Gutter Cleaning

• Remove your personal items away from your home so as to not to prevent us from reaching areas of your gutters with our ladders.
• Ensure that your windows are shut and locked to prevent water leaking into your home.
• If you have any outdoor pets, please make sure they are secured for your appointment date.

Driveway & Concrete Cleaning

• If you have any outdoor pets, please make sure they are secured for your appointment date.
• Please make sure that your vehicles, potted plants, furniture and other items are not obstructing your driveway, walkways, patios or other concrete areas.
• If there are stains that you are concerned about (especially rust!), please call our office and inform us so that we can be sure to bring the proper detergents.

Window Cleaning

• Ensure that your windows are shut and locked to prevent water leaking into your home.  Please remove your screens.
• If you have any outdoor pets, please make sure they are secured for your appointment date.
• Double check that exterior electrical outlets are closed and sealed. Please notify us if there are any issues with exterior sockets prior to our arrival.

Roof Cleaning

• Remove your personal items about 10 feet away from your home so as to not damage these items or cause an accident.
• Ensure that your windows are shut and locked to prevent water leaking into your home.
• If you have any outdoor pets, please make sure they are secured for your appointment date.
• Double check that exterior electrical outlets are closed and sealed. Please notify us if there are any issues with exterior sockets prior to our arrival.
• Notify us if you have any delicate plants, specialty doorknobs, doors, light fixtures or other items on your home that are of a delicate nature.

Check the Weather!

We need temperatures above freezing to wash!  In addition, steady and/or heavy rainfall will not produce good cleaning results.  While it is possible for us to wash in the rain, the running water prevents our detergents from doing their job well.  If the forecast calls for rain on your scheduled service day, we may call you to reschedule.
